search of the quality
One of the constant concerns of the Vibrasil Group
is the eminent quality in the manufacture of its
line of products. Such as the plant located in São
Paulo, in the São Paulo capital, as the Top
Leather located in Pirapora do Bom Jesus, interior
of São Paulo, follows exactly a multi criteria
control of quality and accomplishment of an intense
work next to its collaborators in favor of the Environment.
In the plant of São Paulo, the company already
conquered 16949 certifications TS and ISO 9001,
based in referring international standards to the
system of Management of Guarantee and Quality.
For accomplishment of the tests and demanded and
searched standards of quality always for the Vibrasil,
we count on specific machines for certain measurements.

Environment
All the residues of materials of the fabrics processes
also follow a politically correct destination. The Group
has support on companies certified for the Cetesb for
the collection of paints and solvents. The rubber, the
main used raw material, is donated to a company who
makes regenerated (process where the vulcanization agents
are removed all, recycle the product for reutilization).
Beyond the residues have a correct destination in the
interior of the plant, the employees also participate
of the selective collection. A practical that becomes
a habit inside and outside of the environment of the
work settings.
Research and Development
All the line of development of new products is made
in the proper Vibrasil, as much to attend the assembly
plants, as the spare market. Whereas for the assembly
plants the parts are developed from drawing of the proper
customer, or only from mathematical calculations for
creation of archetypes and necessary tools for the accomplishment
of the tests.
For aftermarket is made reverse engineering. The Vibrasil
acquires the original part, accomplishes tests and analyzes
in the sample and create the drawing of the Vibrasil
for the product. The parts developed for the assembly
plants and the spare market follow the same standard
of quality, the difference are that they are produced
with different tools.
